We have a 70s home. The living room has beautiful beams - there is a crack in the wall connecting off one of the beams. I peeled away some of the wallpaper / paint off to see and the crack is under the paint in the wood/jib. It’s not soft at all but there’s a crack in the wall. Any advice or ideas on what could be going on and possible options. Thanks!
